So what time do DHL deliver up until on Saturday?? I paid for Saturday delivery, but no sign of my new 280 yet. If they only deliver up until Midday, then they have 30 minutes left, if it doesnt come today i will be ****** right off, spent the morning in, and also wont be able to pick it up next week.

I have my fingers crossed!!!

My gtx295 was ment to come Thrusday it came yesterday when the driver was asked why its a day late he replied I was busy and couldent be bothered.
 
ok, i dont need one of these but its like stupid not to get one
honestly now... whats the overall performance increase over a 260 216. anything vastly noticable ?

How is it that everytime i order something for next day delivery, it never arrives?? These couriers all offer these wonderful services, then often fail to deliver. The amazing thing most of the time, is that you can tell from the online tracking that it is on the van out for delivery, but it must hit home time for the driver, and they think soddit, they can wait. Surely they should stay out until everything in the wagon is delivered??

Gonna be a big time pain in the ass for me to try and get it redeliver/picked up from the depot and will involve a day off work. That cheap gfx card now aint looking so cheap!!

It was DHL but to be fair I would rather have them than citylink. The thing that makes me laugh is my local depot is less than 2 miles away.
 
Mine was delivered about 10 mins ago Royal Mail Special delivery to northern ireland, I received the BFG overclocked card, free copy of farcry2, full version of 3D mark vantage advanced and a funky wee led torch lol

Well impressed, now to clean out the ati files and install the thing :)

With both at stock speeds the 280 will be about 20% faster. With both overclocked the difference will only be 10-15%. This is assuming the game you play is GPU and not CPU limited. If you are CPU limited the difference will be extremely small.
