The most irritating band ever?

The Killers
Kasier Cheifs
U2 (horrible 'band')
Pendulum
Jet
Effervescence (however you spell it)

A load of over played, over hyped, irritating tripe.

Pendulum - Do they count as a band? I don't know but they're annoying & crap, can't decide if they're DnB or Rock, awful music (the exception being the Voodoo People remix they did).

Chase and Status - Again, awful music, DnB , dubstep, rap songs - make your minds up, annoying because Radio 1 lick their bums.
Both of these artists did well produced and original tunes before they hit the mainstream. Once they did hot the mainstream they pretty much sold out and changed their sound to rehashed rubbish that was intended to sell as many records as possible as opposed to actually sounding good... The same could be said of Rusko but he still does the odd half decent remix...

Bit of a shame really, but I guess money is a good motivator...

In Rainbows was just plain DULL, makes Hail To The Thief sound good. Radiohead albums have been steadily declining since OK Comp, with the exception of Amnesiac, which was pretty awesome really.

Muse - so irritating. I don't know why. Too much pomposity with really camp basslines, then with the singing on top is too much overkill, the straw that broke the camels back. Then they have the audacity to call it ROCK music - Bwhaha! I enjoyed the Absolution/Origin Of Symmetry eras (I only saw the vids if I'm honest), but after that - Super Massive Blackhole and Knights of Cydonia just stunk of a band that had run out of clever ideas. They also have this weird sense of Englishness about them that doesn't really appeal to me, I think you can find it with Porcupine Tree too, not sure yet, I need to give those guys a proper go to find out.

Radiohead are incredibly talented but without direction. They've gone all over the place and done all sorts of stuff with mixed success. I like HTTT, especially as it seemed a nice combination of the rock of Ok with the experimentation of the two albums in between. I found In Rainbows quite boring though.

just for the record since its getting various slagging offs in here... in rainbows is quite possibly my favourite radiohead album. even better in scotch mist

Youmeatsix, and any other band that refuses to put spaces between the words in their names. Not only is it that which annoys me but also the fact that the band in question are a bunch of whiney A-holes.
