Hardcore makes the game pointless - All you need is extra health and a decent SMG, go around racking up loads of kills - makes using a bolt action or semi-auto rifle totally unrewarding.

Oh and as for MW2, I'm looking forward to seeing if this petition does actually register a dent in early sales of the game - there must be plenty of PC game industry people keeping their eyes on this!

Eeeeeek. I meant WITHOUT hardcore. I can shoot someone 30 times with non-hardcore and they still come at me!

I love hardcore. And hardcore mode in COD

I loved using an m14 with red dot on hardcore, one shot kill, could easily rackup large numbers of kills by shooting those people rushing round with smgs
