Nothing special really.
AMD 4400+, 3GB RAM, 9600GT, Windows 7 64-bit. I average about 22fps with ENB mod enabled and its playable for me, then again i'm used to the Xbox 360 version
Yeah vanilla is just the standard, unmodified GTA IV.
Got a comparison with and without ENB mod enabled now.
lol.. ENB mod halves my FPS to about 25-30. I'd rather it looks bad but plays smoother. It doesn't even look that much better.![]()

my settings with commandline method
constant 60fps drops to 40fps when there is lots going on,only using 1xgtx295

The ENBmod is more a change of style than merely upping quality though and you don't get any AA your way either![]()
Game keeps crashing on me, I dont know why
hmm i can run the game all on high, view distance of around 38-40, the rest on full.
and get around 55-65fps, and on the bench mark i think i got an average of 60
i got an i5 @ 3.8
4gb ram
but most strangly a 4850 gpu - guess my 90 pound bargains not bad lol
unless i'm missing something here ? lol
