yeah i would have to agree the same soundtrack in battles over and over and over lol
but thats only a small gripe :)


ok im on chapter 15 now hehe, game is well goooooood though i will probably sell it when i have mastered it. its a good game but i dont think its a keeper.
 
Playing the demo again you can tell that its producer was the same one who did DMC, its quite like it. Was going to buy this, but ill save my money, and hope boomerang send me it the post soon.
 
I am playing it, i am not hugely enjoying it. But seems i can't really atop playing it lol

Too many cutscenes IMO, and i am a MGS fan lol And even then, i am still not sure what is going on lol
 
I've just finished it... and I still have no idea whats going on lol.
Good game.. not quite sure whats with all the 100% reviews... I'll play it again on hard but not sure I can stomach it a 3rd time on a harder difficulty...

You have to attempt to bust off as big combo's as you possible can, in the most stylish ways avoiding damage etc. Rather than just play it like a normal game. Also it helps if the fighting is actually a challange (which hard is)

It's meant to be a bit wierd and make no sense.


Haven't played it but that may help you enjoy it more anyways.
 
dont know about you guys but that end boss did my freaking head in
died like 50+ times cause i couldnt judge due to the weird ass angle when his punches where getting close

either way completed it now lol, tryed the first 2 minutes on HARD MODE OMG and i thought normal mode wasnt that easy think again on hard those ass rapeing freaks with the claws are rock hard :/ anyway think i will sell up now ...
 
just completed it. screamed of devil may cry 3 to me but was fun while it lasted. the only reason i can guess the game got so many 10/10s was of the ending. best ending ive seen in a game for years. truly epic!

It's actually what this game does for this type of genre, especially in terms of the over-the-top combat mechanics and how smoothly it executes and interacts.
 
loving this, only on chapter 3, but ive never played this kind of game before, and QTE's dont go with me xD

once you get into a "groove" when fighting its sublime.
 
Flying through this on Hard atm... On Chapter 6.

The secret to this game is a balance of Witch Time + Yellow Lolly + Red Lolly.. I've been hammering the bosses.. got a lot of Platinum Awards.

Only thing is... I've had to do a lot of replaying Chapter 2 to get loads of the required particles to concoct the potions :(

Very good game imo... let down by the last few levels :(
 
Iirc you just need to shoot the rockets and continue firing at the ships... The shoot the things that grab ya and shoot at the ships... Dodge the 2 lasers, try to get witch time.. Shoot at the ships... And repeat.

Or...

If u have 2 yellow lollypops....

Apply one lolly.. Jump on the ship and batter the hell out of the red section.. Dodging where u can to reduce damage to your shield. Once one is done jump on the next one. Repeat. When the shield runs out use ur second lolly.

Picked it up today and I am in love with her. Those legs and that swagger :D:D:D

Keep dieing on the plane bit near the beginning just because I'm messing around trying to get the hang of it.

Cracking stuff and can't wait to actually get good at it!
