I was watching dickensons real deal the other day, their was a solitaire board full of old marbles, the seller accepted the dealers offer of £100, from what ive seen of my mates there worth probably 3x that or more.

Actually he says it's a china marble that looks old. China can be used as a term for porcelain. He doesn't say it's from china.
He also specifically states he isn't an expert, that he found it at a car boot sale and doesn't have any idea of the value or age of the item.

My mate sold a fake Omega Seamaster on eBay. He bought in Dubai (for the equivelent of £20 or there abouts) and wore it for a while, loved it so bought a real one.
He listed it as a "stainless steel chronometer" which it clearly was with some lovely pictures. No mention of Omega etc. Not one person asked if it was a real one and it got bid to £500

Because thats where a mate allways sells his, and its a wider market over there.

I'm convinced he uses Cuprinol to get that colour.
Heres the steps i made.
1 ) The woman is talking about the FBI so i assume hes selling in the US so go to ebay.com
2 ) I find his name from his trust. Ivan. ( Turns out i dont need it )
3 ) i know he lives in Derbyshire from below his avatar
4 ) Search for marbles on ebay.com
5 ) I then put in my postcode on ebay and set: Distance : Nearest First.
6 ) 3 matches come up from the midlands , 1 is a guy who sells lots of marbles and the op says he does not that so i skip that guy.
7 ) The the next guy mentions in his description a carboot like the thread. Bingo!

You havent actually stated what type of marble it is, or claimed it to be anything other than a porcelain marble with a chinese pattern on. Dont worry about it, just wait for the bid to end and take the money 
Surely no one can bring any legal action against you for selling a non-descript marble. Its their fault if they think its worth over $5k.
