For me the issue is not so much with the initial service and turn around, that wasn't too bad to be fair. It's the fact that people are receiving cards that have probably just had the solder reflowed which isn't always a permanent fix and obviously doesn't have anywhere near a 100% success rate.
As mentioned I find the best way to stress test your card when you recieve it from them is with ozone 3d's furmark.

but its not 100% OK as I found out recently - it seems fine for general gaming, 3D Marks, etc. but randomly fails furmarks or other intensive benchmarks.
