If we're talking NATO troops then yes, civilian deaths are accidental. Can't talk for other forces, however.
No because if you all still have the freedom of speech, and freedom of speech to draw cartoons of our prophet. Then why stop? Or are you only allowed to do that when someone says you can on a certain day for example May 20th 2010?

If a person said July 1st 2010, Draw a picture of Guru Nanak the sikh guru (No offence to any sikh people, just an example here), would you participate in that?
