What film did you watch last night?

Unthinkable

It was very good, too short though (1:30) or is that just a sign of how good it was, a frustrating ending seems typical at the moment. I'm not sure the Matrix woman was that good in it but Samual L Jackson was pretty good

I agree with that verdict, not family friendly but somewhat watchable none the less; OK film overall in my books.

About film endings of late, I haven't seen many films for a few years now that have ended well. Seems like the script writers get bored easily.

Pirates of the Caribbean
Pirates of the Caribbean II

The Transporter
The Transporter II

Pirates III has gone missing, and Transporter III will be for tomorrow. :)

Martyrs - 9/10 one of the best horrors ive seen. USA please take note, this is how you make a horror film.

Shutter Island - 7/10 pretty good film but I found it a little slow paced and predictable.

Rampage - 6/10 Decent film. It was a little wierd that I watched it the night before the tragic massacre in Cumbria

Paranormal Activity - 8/10 Really enjoyed this, I love these kind of films. Was quite jumpy in places as well.

Unthinkable - 6/10 Not bad, reminded me of 24 back when Jack would do anything to get the information he needed.

Australia.

Not the type of film i would normally choose to watch but i gave it a go and after a slow start it picked up a bit and i enjoyed the most of it.

Some of the scenery was excellent

I Love You Philip Morris
NOT the type of film I was expecting - I didn't read any blurb or review on it beforehand however, just that Jim Carrey was in it :p

Valentines Day
Purely for Jessica Alba because she's fit as hell but actually wasn't bad, too much hotness :p

Solomon Kane
I couldn't watch more than 50% before being bored.

Tonight? Defendor!

The Book of Eli – well what a disappointment, a promising start and then a Mad Max wannabe. What a hollow film, without Denzil Washington it would have been complete rubbish.

From Paris With Love - 8/10

I actually really enjoyed this movie, went in thinking it would be rubbish but was pleasantly surprised :)

The road 6/10

Annoyed it didn't go into detail as to why the world was the way it was. But got a really good feeling that the world was about to fall apart.

The imaginarium of doctor parnassus 8/10

Didn't really have a clue waht was going on till late into the film. Still enjoyed it though.

Paranormal Activity

Usually I hate scary films. They scare me!
But this one didn't live up to the hype at all - I got the shivers once during the whole film, and didn't really jump.

Still, definitely worth a watch, kept me entertained

Public Enemies, good film but I was really really put off by the way it was filmed, I don't know what Michael Mann does to his films shot on digital cameras but they always look awful compared to other films shot using similar or the same digital camera systems.

Paris, Texas.

I hadn't seen it for some 20years or so and it's still a great film. Ry Cooder's music is amazing and Nastassja Kinski is so hot.

9/10 (as close to 10/10 as any film gets for me)
