You do realise if Slovenia defend heavily, England can just pile the pressure onto a team that's allowing England time to attack, which will most likely end up with England winning.

Under normal circumstances yeah, but this an England who failed to score against Algeria.

lol. :D

I seriously cannot see England drawing or losing. Even though I want England out, I just can't see it happening tomorrow. They'll be fine.

Call it now, England WILL NOT win tomoz. They are no where near good enough, they have no bottle at all, a draw at best.

I'm not very confident going into tomorrow, we barely even created any chances against Algeria which is the most worrying thing for me.

If he plays the same team again I'm watching the USA match. :(

No amount of formation or tactics would have really saved England on Friday against Algeria.

It was their complete and utter lack of ball control and simple passing technique that let them down. They couldnt even trap the ball properly for god's sake. Almost every pass was wayward, there was no urgency about them and they simply never looked like doing anything.

It looked more psychological than anything else.

The simple fact is, is that on Friday, none of them could actually play football at anywhere near the quality needed at this level, correct formation or not.

see..

He's been a nobody in the first two games. Along with Carragher, he's also the player most likely to get sent off. Not starting him is an option.

Rooney as a lone striker isn't working for England, even if it worked for ManU last season. I'd rather have Crouch and Defoe up front as strike partners, and Rooney behind em. Or Gerrard, and Rooney "the angry millionaire" on the bench for a bit.

Thats OK, Rooney hasnt played as a lone striker in the WC so far, so everything you have said in this post can be discounted.
He also hasnt been booked to my knowledge or been close to being booked, so again, we can just overlook everything you post about this matter from here on in.
;)

Tomorrow I wanna see more of this:

COME ON ENGLAND!!!

What's the best website to watch the games on?

I'm gonna be at work (4 out of the department of 6 are going home) and will of-course be working hard.... hence why I nabbed myself a projector today . Are there any better websites than the BBC / TVCatchup.com? HD ideally, as that's what I watch it on usually! Though saying that there's a Satellite Dish pointed at the right Satellite (Astra 2A), but I don't know of any DVB-S2 tuners in the company :(.....

BBC or ITV depending on whose showing it. I have'nt come across a HD Stream myself yet. Maybe Justin TV but I doubt the quality would be that good :/

Because he's our best player (alongside A.Cole)

Just because he has been off the boil for the first two games it doesn't mean you should drop him...

It's not like the midfield have given him anything to work with either.

Going on the last two games I'm not sure you can say Rooney is one of our best players. Saying that he is off the boil is a bit of an understatement, he's more on the cold side or warm than off the boil.

Out of interest, how many goals has Rooney scored in the last few months for both club and country?

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he should be dropped I'm just saying that just because he has 'Rooney' on his back doesn't mean he should automatically play. Whether he plays or not should be based on his performances.

It's certainly something to consider, I mean, he's not scoring is he? Crouch and Defoe are scoring, so it makes sense, at least as an option anyway.

Crouch and Defoe are scoring? We're not in the qualification stage anymore and the majority of Crouch's goals came against weak opponents.

To even consider dropping Rooney is absurd.

Based on that logic we should play Crouchino, cus Algeria & Solvina are weak opponents.
