I have a theory ;)

Its been hinted the the game will be out late november or early December, the game was originaly released in the US on November 23rd 2004, this year November 23rd also falls on a tuesday (the one thing we do know is game will be released on a tuesday). What better way to celebrate the 6th year anniversary?
 
I have also heard the 23rd from a firend of mine who works for a games distributor. Initially he wouldn't say as he signed an NDA but once he'd had a few beers he told us lol.
 
It will likely be released 2 months from the date they make the announcement (that was the case in the previous expansions iirc). Hopefully hear something in the next couple of weeks if we are going to get a Nov release.:D
 
I decided that seeing as i won't play much prior to Cata i sold everything on the game that is liekly to go down in price upon cata hitting, raised myself a nice 8k gold.

Just really want a new PC before cata hits so i can actually run it smoothly.

400 netherweave bags stored away for cata launch, and thats just one of the many items i've begun hoarding, netherweave was ALL profit aswell since i got it in drops whilst farming consortium rep on my dk, sent it to tailor and then to bank alt.
 
Once they disclose the release date, i will be booking the week off :)

The new instances look amamzing, watched a 30min video of one of them and WOW looks amazing. now what class to play... don't think i'll be playing DK tho.

Also Shadomourne bein replaced at lvl 83? 2 guys in our guild still only half way to gathering their shards :p Get on over to MMO they have posted a list of drops from dungeons and predicting shadowmourne will be replaced at lvl 83 interesting scaling me thinks.
 
Well theres only 5 extra levels, 80-85

So imo replacing it at 83 is about right imo. Its longer than most other weaps will last.

My guess is around mid/end nov. They have blizzcon in oct so that is just gunna end up being one big hype party for cata.
 
Just won battered hilt in FoS heroic :D Nice 11-12k on my server :D

Could use it, but dont see the point with cata coming out soon and a level 83 weapon being better than anything currently available..

Was there some additional "Feat of Strength" by being the first of 5?
 
Have to say I was extremely disappointed by this event (Gnomer one, aint seen Horde)

It's just too short, and ruined by a million people spamming. For taking so long to create/release, you'd expect more than some little 10 min jobby that half is waiting time.

Only good thing to come out of it is the costume, which will probably get confiscated when the event ends
