still haven't got "laid" of there... the really depressing thing is added a few on facebook after chatting more then never heard anything since

Not up to date with this dating lark, but surely you shouldn't chat on facebook? I met someone online on a forum once (not looking for a relationship, but shared an interest), and went to see them the next day for a drink and a chat in which it developed nicely. It would have been far to easy just to chat away on facebook and never actually consolidated anything.

still havent got laid from it yet nor a date from it I got chatting to this lass for a while started to text then all of a sudden just pure abuse....so left it at that

Had a date with a fairly attractive women the other week, I drove she paid for the hotel, dinner and breakfast.

Basically paid for the majority of it, still cost me nearly £100. Not bad though, won't be seeing her again mind. Has anyone found that 90% of women on POF are just looking for sex? Was good at first, getting a bit crap now.

Of the ones I met only a few were just looking for a one nighter. I think that's because I filtered out most of them as I was looking for a girlfriend not someone who puts out on the first night.

However saying that I'd say over half of them were 'up for it' judging by their emails!

This is very true, i went on a date last thursday with a girl from PoF, had a few drinks and left it at that which was a nice evening, next day she invites me over to hers for the evening which involved a lot of well you know what.

Basically if you havent had it for awhile get on pof, most of them are up for it

Thought I'd share my experience of POF as I first heard about it and signed up because of this thread

I was on pof for about 3 months, not taking it very seriously, would just browse through and message the odd girl every now and again, very rarely getting replies. Met up with one lass, she was nice enough to get on with but nothing like her profile pics (they must have been very old!) and never bothered with her after that.

Then one girl caught my eye, she was exactly my type, had a great profile. Sent her a message, we got chatting, few days later met up.

I'm still waiting for the 'twist'.

We've been together about 5 weeks now, She stays over at mine probably 4 or 5 nights a week and everything is going far to perfect, lol.

POF accounts have since been deleted
