Manchester United vs Liverpool 09/01/11 and other 3rd round FA Cup matches *SPOILERS*

Berbatov dived. If there was any contact (and I'm not sure there was) it was very minimal, and he took an extra step and then went down. The red card for gerrard could have been a yellow but you can understand why it was given.

Ha, I've heard it all now.

"Yes we do, but, but, but, ermm, you get more decisions than us"

As I said, pages and pages back, he went down too easily but acting as if he's the first and only person to ever commit such a crime is silly.

I wouldn't bother, he's just hurting and can't rationalize it out. Thus he Spews drivel, if it makes him feel better then leave him to it.

Berba did dive :)

Took a leaf out of Gerrards book ;) :p

Really was impressed with the Liverpool back four, they looked very good, is that not the back four sorted out?

Shelvey was horrific as well, felt sorry for him being put on in such circumstances.

Gerrard - nah was a yellow if you ignore the rules haha straight red, no arguements :)

Were all united fans beaten with a stupid stick as children on this forum?

Even Redcafe's more cultured.

At least there would be no united fans left :) twice the attitude problem the other fans have

You can't really comment on attitude, when:

  • One of your fans believes players deserve to have their legs broken, as mentioned in this thread
  • One bought up Munich in this very thread

Do you believe wishing harm on others and mocking a fatal accident is a good attitude? All over a game of football?

I think a lot of the Liverpool fans posting here will reflect a few hours later and feel a bit silly to be honest.

Even my brother who's a die-hard Liverpool fan was pretty satisfied with the result given they offered nothing going forward.

Allot of fans here are happy with our performance doesnt mean were happy about the decsions. Gerrard i agree was a red 9/10 would have given that im surprised Webb did give a red after his WC shambles mind.

The penalty ill disagree but i wont arque with every one about it.

Maybe you should take your own advice rather than bait him with your previous 2 posts.

Yea, he's going ott but I'm sure we'd have Utd fans doing the same if the situation was reversed.

Pretty crap draw for 4th round overall, hopefully man city beat leicester as i think notts county vs man city will be the fun one of the bunch there

I thought Kelly looked like more of a centre back than a right back though. He was good defensively but looked very unsure of what to do when supporting the attack.

Let's not get started with this. I didn't see the post regarding Munich but whoever said it was an idiot and out of order. However lets not forget that Utd fans sing a song referring to Heysel near enough every game.

There's idiots on both sides but you can't tar everybody with the same brush.

I think he's better then Johnson at the back, in regards to defending. I thought he did well as did the rest of the back four, other then the pen, not much got past them (as much down to the lacklust United), Agger and Squirtle (can't spell his name) worked very well together.

Id still have him over Johnson in next 3 games give him an extended run, Now we just need Pachecho to get a run of games.

Well, considering he was replying to someone doing the exact same I would say the logic is fair in this circumstance.

I was commenting specifically on the Munich slur.

We often get fans bitching and moaning on here but these things shouldn't be used as a stick to hit supporters with.

Home tie against Coventry, happy with that. Semi final against West Ham in the league cup, still in the FA cup, just out of the relagation place. Very happy !!!!

Exactly, just like I don't appreciate someone insinuating that as a United fan, I was beaten with a stick as a child.

I don't mind you, or Pigeon Killer - I rarely post in this forum, but I do read a lot and you two appear to be more rational about results concerning your team and as neutrals.

I think his point was the Alpherah tried to, however Baz your post was very sensible and I should just leave it. It's not mature of me to respond.

Hard luck Alpherah I'm sure i'd have had grievances if the match ha gone against us.
