If torres wants to go he will go. The club can say he's not for sale but in the end the players have all the power.

Nice to see him finally get some ambition in his career. His loyalty has won him nothing and I said he always agreed to stay this year on the back of a load of lies.

He can't stay patient forever waiting for the club to rebuild.

What about the fact that the guy that broke the story (and the most reliable lfc journo) has reported that Torres hasn't given any indication he wants to leave?

I find it surprising that a guy that regularly tells everybody not to believe everything they read in the press when there's a story about Utd, keeps taking 'reports' as fact when they're about other clubs ;)

While it's possible that he's open to the idea of leaving or even actively trying to engineer a move, it's far from certain.

edit: and I don't think it's been mentioned yet but the Suarez deal looks a lot closer. Suarez has given an interview today and said he expects everything to be agreed sometime later today.

You could sit alongside Ballague in sky now with those reports =D, any pool fans here not worried about Torres leaving? Seems like Liverpool play Chelsea soon, this happens again and again. Summer I might be concerned but not him joining the plastics, if he wants out he should be allowed to go though, great servant to the club and has been filled with bull promises for too long.

I'll eat my shoe if he leaves this window, wouldn't be surprised at next but not to Chelsea.

It's a lot easier to believe them when they're not about your club. Plus Torres is far too good for your lot :p
 
Just read the Guardian article saying Torres wants to be able to talk to Chelsea.

Not long left in the transfer window.
