Default value is 10 which imo makes it too large.^
but the whole points of a crosshair is to show the spread range of your bullets
sorry but how anyone can say that isn't graphically impressive is beyond me, that is staggeringly impressive for a cross-platform game, point me in the direction of a better looking game, please feel free to add a screenshot. the gameplay is solid, sure its not revolutionary but what is these days since everything has been done to death. I will be happy if the final release looks like that (maybe better textures), its playable (unlike the original and a lot of PC games) and the story is the driving point of the game.![]()

It's set to 1 in the pics above but as stated you can set it from 1-10.
If you're happy with the default value then leave it as it is. Simples.

The fact that the game's cross-platform doesn't affect my expectations of the graphics at all! I'm not going to tolerate poorer graphics because a game is also available on the 360/PS3...
I'm not getting any error. After I click Submit/Login, nothing happens; it just stays on the login screen. What's the error you're getting?

but the edges of a crosshair are supposed to show how widely your bullets will spread, if you change that value then it's giving you an incorrect value.
it might have to have poorer graphics/ dumbed down, because there probably isn't a PC around that could handle the detail that you're after, after all; low framerates/ bugs etc is what totally screwed up the 1st game, and this new game has much more detail in it, we'll have to wait and see
+cl_fov=90 +r_DrawNearFoV = 90 +pl_movement.power_sprint_targetFov = 90 +r_MotionBlur=0 +g_skipIntro=1 +i_mouse_smooth=0
how do you add this using windows 7?
You will need to create a desktop shortcut if you don’t have it.
Open explorer and goto your steam folder.
Then \steamapps\common\cysis 2 demo\bin32
Find crysis 2 demo exe, right click and create shortcut. Drag that shortcut to the desktop
Then right click the shortcut properties
In there you will see a target box, add +cl_fov=90 +r_DrawNearFoV = 90 +pl_movement.power_sprint_targetFov = 90 +r_MotionBlur=0 +g_skipIntro=1 +i_mouse_smooth=0
At the end of whats typed (after the “)

Just installed the demo and was trying to create an account, but every time I hit submit it tells my e-mail address is already in use ... all 5 addresses so far.
Orly?
Edit: Anyone else had problems with Gmail/yahoo/rocketmail accounts when registering ?.
Seems it doesn't need to authenticate against a working address!
