Well the Ocuk guild is on Shivermere, be warned though it is a PvP server so make sure you are ok with that before rolling there.

You still playing Tomb? Don't think I've spoke to you in-game yet. My characters name is Ragu.

Yep, I'm still playing, got 5 characters, one in the ocuk guild, Lochlayne (named after my Albion Cleric in Daoc, Lochlayne McSporran , hopefully I'll be able to put in the surname again at some point in the future), the others are guildless alts of varying levels :)

Yes though for the dungeons, if you wanted to do them, you'd need to group and also for a lot of rifts.

You can jump in and out of public groups for rifts and invasions.

Well, The Immortals after a lot of two'ing a fro'ing we have started a guild in Rift, find us on Cloudborne EN PvPserver.

If anyone is looking to join a friendly Social all be it a small guild on there we recruiting.

We being around a while tho not many are joining, see www.immortals-clan.co.uk for info about us.

Wab have you guys given up on DCUO?

I know you had a guild on there too?

Well I've finally made it to The Sanctum tonight and the 1st thing I saw was a Dwarf with a ginger beard riding something that looked like a cross between a gorilla and a cow!

I mean comon! That is quite possibly the most awsome thing in history!

Decided to have a crack at the free weekend, just reached level 15 which is the cap for it and have to say I'm impressed, a few gripes such as the fact that I so far have 2 full skill bars of abilities not included duplicate abilities, luckily I've got MMO experience so can just about sort through them to get a decent rotation going however I think it's a touch over the top, I'm playing a Reaver/Paladin/Warlord btw, also the fact that you have 3 massive skill trees by level 10 is a bit daunting.

I really enjoy the rift and invasion mechanic, being able to join a public group or just do them solo makes the leveling process so much more entertaining and active.

Also like the crafting/gathering system, I'm a butcher/miner/armor smith at the moment and It's very straightforward, nothing is useless and items hav so far always been better than previous quest greens, nothing like WoW's pile of utter crap which serves absolutely no purpose before max level.

I'm quite interested to be honest, if I wasn't so skint I would probably buy a full account, however can't afford it right now as I've just bought Portal 2, so it will have to wait till next month.

One quick question, can anyone tell me what the PvE end game content is like? Not massively bothered about PvP though I find its nice occasionally as a distraction, I'm on the PvP server the ocuk guild is on for that reason. Also what is the choice of levelling dungeons like?

One other annoyance, I discovered that you can buy mounts at level 10, however there is no possible way to afford one at anywhere near that level unless I am missing something completely, I think they are ~5platinum however at level 15, selling nearly everything, I have just over 1 platinum, this is something that bugs me in general about some MMO's, if you make something available to the players at a certain level, it should be assumed that they can afford it at that level or close to it without having a higher level alt, even if it's a tiered system so that the first time players can afford the "normal" one, and players with a healthy bank balance from alts can get the "better" one, it just seems a bit silly. I fully understand having to work for something however if the majority have to work towards it till level 20, why have it available at level 10?
