replace him with? he was behind huddlestone and sandro in the pecking order, he would have got minimal games this season and we're better off cashing in on him. he's a decent player but went right off the boil for us, his passing his woeful and his booking stats high. thanks stoke, he will be a good asset for you though.

Whilst most of that is true, he brought a set of strong shoulders to the midfield and players were scared of him, which was a very good asset to have especially against the tougher teams. With Huddlestone off injured more times than he plays, and Jenas being a useless ****, I would still have kept him.

whisper it quietly - Rovers could be interested in Gibson!!!

(Crosses everything that he actually signs for them, although I feel for their supporters)

Two striker/wingers, to compliment the 142 striker/wingers we have, wooo.

4-4-2, a CB, a LB, a DM and Arsenal could have a shot, to be in with a really good shot a real winger, and a right back aswell. So far we've gotten back up, to our back up, for our back up, for our first team.....

Yeah it's probably best that Gibson goes, for him as well as the club, surely we will get a central midfielder in if he does go.

VDV saying tonight that Modric is staying at Spurs and Sneijder wants to come to the Premiership

Sneijder refusing to speak to the English media until after the England/Holland game

Chelsea target Kevin De Bryune may have broke his leg last night; transfer probably won't go through now :(. Shame, he looks a real talent:

yeah, he did have his moments. his brother was murdered and he never seemed to be the same player after that. i remember games where he would essentially run his mark into the ground during the game and was a much needed force in midfield but he looked a shadow of that player more recently and had to go.
