They could do , you are correct about that - however at least they ARE in the team, compared to Sneijder lol :D

Also be optomistic in regards to their performance levels in the future - nothing wrong with that imo. Considering the 1-2's TC is managing already between Nani and Rooney in the last couple of games . Dont be too hard on him sinking as low as Gibson.

Its also fair to say that Cleverley was mostly used out of position last season, but he still got EPL experience whether its with Utd or not its still valuable to his experience and growth from this season onwards.

Admittedly Pogba is an unknown but Im still crossing everything he gets to a MUCH higher level than DG lol

Cant see it happening myself, all the noise seems to be coming from Sneijder's end now (possibly him trying desperately resurrect the deal after Fergie got the hump with his demands)

I'd be quite concerned about our title chances if by September 1st City have signed Nasri and more importantly Chelsea sign Mata & Modric. We'd probably be relying on managerial **** ups at City and Chelsea for us to win the title again then.

Even Arsenal pulled out of a move for him a few years ago due to his injury record!

Good player, there's interested from Premier League clubs, so I'd be surprised to see him drop down to that level.
 
Me too, hasn't he been playing in the Arsenal first team?

I'd be surprised at them letting a midfielder go, with various players unavailable and being/been sold.
 
Saturday was his first appearance this season. He was late back from England duty and had a small injury so didn't have much game time pre-season.
 
A few reports claiming Soto's having a medical ahead of a move to Wolfsburg which if true would hopefully mean we've got a CB lined up.

There's also some Kuyt-Inter quotes doing the rounds but I'm pretty sure they're a year old.

A few wolfsburg fans saying on twitter that he's already been training with them for a few days. So it would seem him being off is quite likely.

as far as i am aware he has only had 1 injury and was out for several months

he played over 30 games for Juve too last season so, what are you guy's basing this on?
 
Good luck to Soto, you could never doubt his passion, just a bit too slow for the premier league. I wonder how much we got for him? Did we pay 1m for him from Athens?
