errr take a water bottle with you, as soon as you get there don't bother going into changing rooms, go straight for the jack3d. mix it in bottle and drink.
now relax and talk to some people who work there or something, the gym i used to go to had a internet cafe inside it which was free, so great for killing time.
go to changing rooms and take your time getting changed.
30 mins should have passed by now after downing it and your ready to go.
I never bother getting changed as I go from home during the day time so straight there and back in gym clothes.
Could take a book to read in the car though!
Problem is having it on an empty stomach? I normally train 1 hour after eating.
