And Bender's going today, apparently.

Also this Park deal will be quite good for revenue, he's the national captain, no doubt we'll be shifting a few more shirts in South Korea now.

EDIT - d'awwww

Park: "I will do my best, I will never give up, I will show heart, I will give everything and I hope the fans will support me."

Need more of that in the team for sure.

Awh! :D

I love him already. :p

Ah forgot about that little thing! Might be better going for some sort of loan option though surely, buying a player just because you have a couple missing for a month seems a bit extreme, do you have no youngsters that can play there? WHy didn't he just not loan Vela out and play him

He's experienced, a captain, and we need players that don't give up. Bender is also going to be leaving so bar RVP and Chamakh there is a lack of striking options, even with Vela. Also the Campbell kid we signed didn't get his work permit, which meant we basically bought a striker and couldn't use him.

Also Santos got his work permit, apparently, and...

Mertesacker: 1 year older than Cahill; 72 more caps; about £10m cheaper. Let's hope he's better too!

At the risk of rolling out national sterotypes, I think workrate has always been one of the SK strong points as they've emerged in football over the past 10 years.

Problem is Arsenal need more than just that at the moment, a guy running around like a headless chicken chasing balls down to convert a goalkick into a throwin isn't going to turn things round.

Neymar to LFC rumours got any legs?
All we do know for fact is he has got onto a flight to somewhere.
Where? who knows..

doubt they can afford him, also i doubt he would pick them over all the other clubs he has been linked with

real madrid, chelsea, man city, etc

he could pretty much walk into any team on the planet

LOL

Its a joke started on Twitter to try to get SSN to report it.

Thanks for that. :p

Personally i don't rate him that much, whenever he's played opposition worth a damn he's been completely anon.
But he's still young, so who knows one day he might be another fat Ronaldo.

Well lets not get too excited...he might be a flop for all we know or he could turn out like his buddy up at Utd, Park Ji Sung or whatever his name is, who seems a pretty decent utility player.

Im hoping he makes an impact and if in 2 yrs time he has to go do military service then so be it...id like us to get 2 decent yrs out of him at least.

who says we aint getting both ;)

Sky for one, they're saying Arsenal have ended all interest in Cahill

Can't believe Hargreaves is going to City, don't know whether to be ****** off or pity them tbh. Ironic thing is when fit he was 10 times the player the likes of Barry and Milner will ever be :o

I have a niggling fear that Hargreaves might just be fit again, (since it is actually possible and his last injury had nothing to do with his knees) and he'll do really well for City. I'd much rather he did really well for Arsenal :(

His last shoulder injury shows the guy is just cursed, before the shoulder he had his hamstring tear, before that the 3 years out with tendinitis, 2 years before that he broke his leg at Bayern and that's just what I know

Spurs have signed ian rush to lead their atack for this season... Harry said this signing is a massive boost for the club and that ian rush was such a legend for liverpool. He also said he is hoping to sign jonny barnes by the end of today....
