Yes resident evil 2, 3 and resident evil 1 remake are available on PC but you do need to configure 2 and 3 in compatibility mode for winxp or before.

Yea i don't know where you can get them legally, but i can vouch they work as i have them on my pc.

A vote here for Amnesia, haven't been as scared of playing a game since Stalker SOC several years ago.

I find the whole movement of the game a bit shabby, but in general they are good

Not exclusive to PC but the following are all excellent & cheap nowadays & still look pretty decent!

Silent Hill2,3,4,5
Call Of Cthulu Dark Corners Of The Earth

The following are more action horror FPS based.

Dead Space1 & 2
Resident Evil5
Obscure
Alone In The Dark (2008) although part 4 is decent as well.
Evil Dead Regeneration
Evil Dead Hail To The King
