It's his excuse.

Disgusting a
buse of power by a "judge" who can probably barely use a computer.
Care to explain your 'reasoning' further?
If arrests and sentencing were consistent and not just pursued by the police/CPS as and when they feel like it, then a fair chunk of internet users would have a criminal record.
The guy was an idiot, but terrible things are said by thousands of internet users daily - so why pick this guy out of the bunch? Because they felt like it? Slow day at the police station?
I'd wager that a judge would not be aware of places like 4chan, and that makes him ignorant of what really goes on online.
Why should he have to be aware of 4chan?
Just because it happens on a widescale amongst the kind of ***** that place attracts, doesn't make it any more acceptable.

Probably because they had a great deal of evidence against him, he systematically and consistently committed a rather disgusting crime, they knew who he was, they knew where he was and people complained to the police about his actions.
Let's be clear about something here; he isn't just an 'idiot', slagging someone off in Motors, his was a very real and premeditated crime. Real crimes are very really punished!
Badge of Honour?
meh, twisting my words again.. Why is this forum so bad for that![]()
What, you mean like
"**** **** ****"
"why are people calling me racist, I don't understand, herp derp"?
I think you have it in your head that you're coming across in a certain way, and you're just not.
I don't even know why I'm bothering to respond considering how you'll probably whinge about words being put in your mouth again and ignore the actual point.
