How much exercise a week

I walk about 3.5-4 miles a day to and from Uni and goto the Gym Monday - Friday 5 days a week doing cardio only at the moment.

It's horrible (cardio 5 times a week) but it isn't a long term plan.
 
2 hours 5 a side, 20 minute jog and 3 mile power walk each weekday. Also run up the stairs at Tottenham Hale ;)
 
I do running. Unfortunately I can't really give a time or even a distance as I am doing a training programme which has variable distances each week albeit the distance progressively increases.

Last week, for example, I did:

3 x 3 mile runs
1 x 7.5 mile run
Total time - 2 hours 15 mins.

I also do some cycling/MTB but that is currently patchy at best due to time
 
weight training X 3 a week normally full body

then HIIT on bike/rower

would love to get into MMA again though :) really good workout and fun!
 
11m each way cycling to work (about 40mins each) x5
An hour or so weightlifting x3

Still a bit squishy round the middle though because I've got a sweet tooth the size of Mt Everest
 
4 seperate 'sessions'

7 hours total and I thought I was quite fit until I saw some of these :)

Cycling to work etc, much respect
 
Bouldering twice a week for couple of hours, plus don't own a car so i walk most places.

Went for a couple of mile run last week also.

A lot of you doing all this gym work must be single and no kids?
