Just ordered purple wraath and white flood, been wanting to try these 2 for a LONG time.

both solid products.

with the purple wraath, make sure you dont leave the tub open ever, the powder absorbs a lot of moisture from the air i find.

open it take a scoop out and close immediately.

i tried about 5-6 sample of white flood which i got with my order a year ago, it was good but it doesnt have 1,3 dymeth, so its different from jack3d in the sens you dont feel the "buzz" as much, but it's solid.
 
Did you take your purple wraath intra-workout?

yeah it's designed to be taken intra-workout.

i found i was gulping the stuff down, intra-workout, so i started taking 2-3 bottles of the stuff into my garage with me. one just wasn't enough, i know some people stick 2/3 scoops in one bottle, but your better off with 1 scoop in 2/3 bottles to keep yourself well hydrated. it tastes too strong with more than 1 scoop imo.

it tastes pretty good seeing as EAA's are supposed to taste awful.
 
tonights post-workout shake - rather fetching lumo green I have to say -whats in it ?

600ml water, 350ml of grapefruit juice, 2 scoops of Whey, 2 big handfuls of raw Kale, and 1 apple

what does it taste like - surprisingly lovely - very fresh tasting - 2 pints of it :)

similar to my smoothie with the fact it has kale in it lol and is green.

kale, ginger, celery, cucumber and pears.

keep the amount of ginger, celery and cucumber low. also used tinned pears in pear juice.might need to add water since i find it very thick.

what blender do you use? i find mine struggles.
 
one is simply whey protein (fast absorbing) the other is a blend (various proteins which all absorb at different rates, including whey).

whey is best used in the mornings and after a workout, a blend can be used anytime during the day but is much better than just whey when used before bed.

well its coming up to my quarterly purchase. I might try IrconScience instead of MP as they do 5kg Pea Protein, where as MP doesn't, so cant use price beater :( Also get 1kg of protein too with my order. I normally go for:
L-Glutamine 1kg
BCAA (IF training) 500g
Protein 5kg
Creatine (Don't normally, but might give it go and monitor results and its pretty cheap)
Multi vitamins (Like to get all my vitamins when on low cal diets)

Only thing I'm going to miss out on is MP's Zinc and Magnesium tabs, as its a lot cheaper than ZMA.

Should be getting my purple wraath and white flood tomorrow just in time for the last A session for 15s.
 
Started Myprotein diet £49.99 bundle 4 weeks agow and I have seen amazing results so far while going to the gym 3 days a week with a quite strict diet then eating whatever I want to on saturdays but thats stopping after next week to help me lose a bit more fat! Over the next few weeks.

Just bought another loads and doubbled up on everything except from the Protein so it came to £60 with the %20 off. Only thing thats was bad was the taste of the milk chocolate which I found that it made me boke somtimes :-/ Got some bananna this time which looks pretty good will try it in the morning! :)
 
Look at Bodybuilding Warehouses own brand ZMA it's cheap and there's no P+P

I will give that a look. I may have to strike off the creatine as im taking caffeine to help suppress me appetite(caffeine and Creatine dont mix), as ive been on a cut for a looong time.. Still not got rid of the fat I want :(

FWIW I did get some ZMA in the end, well my housemate had a big pack from bulksupps he forgot about.
I'm taking it as a sleep aid, about half hour before bed. It doesn't seem to help me get to sleep, but once I'm out it's definitely deeper sleep. At first I was having awesome dreams from it but they've worn off now :(. No noticeable changes on the test/libido/anabolicness front though.
