Well training for a marathon at the moment so no... but before then yes to a certain degree. Once she's done with it though I'm getting her signed up to my gym and getting her back into it! (That's the plan anyway... so probably won't happen )
90 mins sounds good. I'm sure there will be some form checking etc going on aswell which might take some time. And anyone fancying hitting a new PB? Better time than any to lift some heavy ass weight
