Bahrain Grand Prix 2012, Sakhir - Race 4/20

GA stated (not sure how accurately) only Merc really did any kind of race pace testing

Will be very interestin to see how the Merc's cope with the hotter weather /track temps - one part of me hopes they chew up their tyres rapidly , and the other wants an interesting season with them sorting out their tyre issues :D

merc only managed 15laps on the soft tyre so its not looking good for them

Why don't they just get rid of these stupid rules running a completely **** tyre for at least one stint. Make two options where you can choose to run one or the other, where you can either push lap after lap on soft tyre and two stop or run one stop on a harder tyre for example.

That wouldn't be perfect but far more interesting than making a car that can't get on with the soft forced onto them for one poor stint.

its because bernie doesnt want a race he wants a show..

the tyres are designed to mix things up as much as possible, it wouldnt suprise me if they make pirelli go out of there way to design a tyre that certain cars will be rubbish with.

we know pirreli get all the tyre data from all the teams so it wouldnt be hard to make a tyre they know will hurt the RBRs or the mclarens , bernie doesnt want the same drivers and teams winning everything because its not good for his wallet

Why do web sites like this still host on non-cloud environments that can be easily DDoS'd. It's not like it would cost someone like Bernie bugger all to host things properly.

But of course just a few hoodies not targeting f1, despite planned protests at the circuit. Well if that's not targeting f1 what is.

I meant they aren't specifically targeting cars with F1 people in them, they just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

just a few isloated incidents captured here
LINK REMOVED.

see bernie is right 100,000 protestors is nothing its just a small minority and 3 people burning a flag ROFL

actually i best remove that link as some of them are pictures of the injuries inflicted on protestors by the security forces.

heres a snapshot

Hackers Anonymous have taken down the official F1 site with a DDoS attack in protest at their presence in Bahrain.

edit. Sorry didn't see it posted above.
