Tegra 3 is really not a great example of Quad core/next gen chip - single channel memory is it's downfall and so is HTC's software optimsation. I mean look at the difference in speed and smoothness with the S3 which has lower clocked cores.
And some synthetic benchmarks are really rubbish at painting a true picture. I have a Note here and it's fast and smooth on GB - ICS will be a nice boost.
Twice as many core's yes - but I see quad cores as a gimmick and I bet if you lost 2 cores there would be next to know difference in real life performance.

If you want ICS buy something with it already on maybe? Motorola support outside the the US at best is rubbish.
looks nice as i like the razzor maxx look so maybe hold off a little longer see what else comes out over june/july...time will tell.
