Red Bull intake...

Gackt you are living on borrowed time I would have thought

I always wanted to be a hero with some sort of inevitable doom hanging over them. Like John Constantine with his emphyzema, or Tony Stark with his faulty Arc Reactor or Jean-Luc Picard with his defective heart.

Unfortunately I don't have the good looks to pull it off, so will probably turn into one of those "down-and-out" street-level thugs with increasingly bizarre tattoos, rough facial hair and some sort of alcohol dependency.

That said, I do hope that in one of the cans, there will be some radioactive matter which I will consume and develop some sort of energy-drink, adrenaline superpower. Sugary death.

If I need a boost I'll have some honey on toast, or a berocca or a very strong cup of assam tea.

I used to drink lots of vodka and red bull for years - perhaps 10 cans in a night. I got terrible hangovers and I've vowed never to touch it again.

There's a reason why people who drink "energy drinks" are so fat. Each can has the same carbs as a large bowl of pasta.

One can of cheap ''euroshopper'' energy drink a day usually.

Yeah, they eat and drink too much calories and burn too little.
Nothing to do with energy drink.

By your logic I'd be fat, but no I'm on the border of underweight, BMI of 19...

EDIT: I just remembered, I do drink a lot of Eristoff Red in the weekends, which is supposedly Energy drink+ Vodka.

The only energy drink worth having:

Actually, it has quite a lot to do with energy drinks: a lot of people who drink them end up relying on them for 'energy', they crash and drink more, it's a vicious circle. Remember that most people put on weight through drinks and snacks, not through meals.

You may well be the exception to the rule, but everyone I have met who regularly drinks them has a gut the size of a large hernia.

You need to meet more people then good sir.

I've only ever had it on occaision when I was at uni on a night out, I bloody hate it. As such I just don't drink it. Horrid stuff!

I really can't imagine you on a night out in Uni, it blows my mind. I always thought you'd get drunk on the blood of the enemies driven before you, and the lamentation of their women.

How are you still alive?

Yeah I never saw that. I'd like an explanation for my situation then please people. I'm losing fat by the boat load while drinking energy drinks daily. Surely I should be obese considering that conclusion?

Or you know, maybe there's a few more reasons behind gaining fat... Like not doing the exercise to burn off the calories
