That's actually a rather interesting way of looking at things.OK OP let's move on with a bit of advice from your Dad.
It is a silly email to send but like Fox says it should not lead to dismissal.
I learnt a trick many many years ago after working in factories with 1000s + 1000s of people.
Every now and then you will get somebody come work with you who are horrible but I have a secret weapon, I will treat their personality as a disability and still do it today.
One worker who was supposed to have an awful personality became my best mate for the last 25 years and many more I just got on with where others couldn't do it.
It's quite funny but when I go out for a curry with ex workmates they will be ****ging certain people off while I'm there saying 'He's alright, you need to know him a bit better' but just get told to shut up.
In the office I work in now there is one worker who has treated me horrible for 2 years but I just look at them as though they're mad and get on with it.
I must admit that out of 1000s + 1000s workers who have crossed my path this one is the hardest and has got me going a couple of times but I'm back in control again.
My immediate Manager can be a bit sharp but I just treat that as an illness.
Everybody else in the office are sound.
So when you get thrown back into the Lions Den put a smile on your face and imagine him with a little willy.
Do as you're told, give out suggestions but don't act like a brat if they aren't taken on.

. It's one of the burgeoning internet crazes doing the rounds. Yeah, don't ask me why.
We don't know if the OP is a woman or not. I don't think the OP is. The OP has a My Little Pony signature, and that's almost exclusively a male-oriented thing. It's one of the burgeoning internet crazes doing the rounds. Yeah, don't ask me why.
Girls point of view here:
That's actually a rather interesting way of looking at things.
It's worked for me and I get on with virtually everybody I encounter, I just make adjustments for their traits.
My mother was a hard one but around 1989 I made the decision she was mad as a hatter and I'd take no notice of anything that came out of her mouth.
