Top 2 are battlefield 3's new maps that are coming out, bottom 2 are darksiders 2.
Thing is though neither of these 2 are released yet and both come out in about a months time so no idea how he has these shots
They're stock shots.

looks pretty damn amazing compared to vanilla minecraft
dynamic lighting from the sun to that moves in realtime
theres a DOF shader effect aswell but i didnt get that one

It isn't New Vegas
but I agree, Fallout has never been a looker but then again non of Bethesda's games have been until recently. Its all about the gameplay and modability. Nothing you see in those shots are vanilla, its just a mod showcase.GameBryo was the best looking and most complex engine... 8 years ago, thank god Fallout 4 will be on Creation.
