Earlier today the Liverpool Echo reported that we're close to agreeing a £4m deal for Tom Ince from Blackpool and that we've held talks with Chelsea over a possible £12m deal for Daniel Sturridge. Tony Barrett in tomorrow's Times is supposedly taking it one step further and reporting that fees with both Blackpool and Chelsea have been agreed.

I don't really think Sturridge is what Liverpool need at all, he's far too selfish and doesn't help the team (unless BR is planning to stick him up front in the sort of role that Suarez has been playing and build the team around him). It worked out for him at Bolton because he was essentially the main man up front.

i'm sure we'll go back in for moutinho in january. we really need a player like him.

The mighty Ryan Giggs gets my vote, and the vote of many of his peers.

United need to sign a LB/RB - Rafeal is no defender and Evra is on his last legs if you ask me. Butner just hasn't impressed at all. He should go out on loan for a season or two.
