Nice! Aesthetically, for me, one of the most rounded physiques, though a little blocky but I guess you use a lot of machines? Still, looking chunky 
Also, why don't you join the facebook group if you want to share what "supps" you're using. As you know there are at least 4 people who ride, I'm sure your routine would be appreciated.

Thanks. And I still can't lift that much. 
Had a couple of weeks in October 2011, then a big car accident in November, and finally started properly 13th February 2012 (my date for being signed off by the physio).
So technically, around a year.
However, I've never been scrawny or small as can be seen here. So practically, most of the people on here have achieved more in the same time. Plus I've never been on a cut, with 12 months of constant troughing.
And Olympic lifting. Hence the traps.
