Mate of mine from the army, i used to share a room with in Belfast.Guy was skinny as hell as you can see.
That's a year's transformation and all natty according to him.

Playing devil's advocate, he's very lean at the start and has remained so, perhaps that's highlighting the gains a little more? Then there's newbie gains to take into account.

Ok I'll stop talking like we're from la la land now, those gains for 12 months are decent for someone who has done it with assistance, nevermind someone who claims to be natty.
