3930k COOLING LOOP

Not ordered blocks as yet.

Aqua are releasing theirs can't link rules and all

And yes, Heatkillers are apparently on the horizon. :)

Will be waiting for Heatkillers.

Also will be running on air for a while as my pot is empty :(

Look forward to seeing them, quite a bit of choice then, especially now EK plexi blocks aren't ugly as sin.

I can imagine funds are a little tight after buying that little lot, especially when 3 blocks and backplates will run you £300!

Empty pot?

Not surprised tbh, Exactly how often do you upgrade?

As I said b4 I packed in smoking so used the money for these,

Hopefully these will last for a good while :)

i think scotty upgrades everyday tbh

Now now,I'm not quite that bad :p

The wife has been very good over these cards, only going to cost me a new Bathroom ;)

Also looks like I've sold my 7970's :( so I'll be putting that towards a new case + blocks etc :D

I will be running on air for a while, atleast till 7xx series are released just in case

Must be a woman thing, had to bargain a new bathroom with my mrs over my current build :p

What case are you moving to? 900D?

Id take the TJ11 over a 900D every time, though in that price bracket you should also be looking at caselabs and especially LD :)

mmmm 2400mhz doms, get playing with the base, IMC dependant you should see at least 2500mhz out of them :o

I would think a 3930K @ 5ghz should be enough to avoid a bottleneck with 3 Titans, though I suppose that also depends how well the driver/game scales with 3 cards too.

You get GPU blocks pre-ordered? Gregster was telling me Watercool are set to bring out some Titan Heatkillers too!

It easy to get the doms to 2500mhz by raising the bclk to 104.2 but it can make the rest of the system a bit wobblely. For most things I just leave them on 2400mhz and keep the timings tight. The only time I go above 2400mhz is when benching graphics cards and raising the bclk.

Really? I'd have thought they'd have been solid up to that speed. That said 104.2 is higher then I could go on my old UD7, capped out around 103, yet to see what the MSI board can push.

I think the memory is solid at that speed, its the rest of my system that is not once I start raising the BCLK.

That looks so good :)

Crying out for water blocks but I understand why you're holding back for now.

As all this is being funded by packing in smoking, what were you on, something like 200 a day ;):D:D

TY :)

Waiting to see if Heatkillers appear, but as these cards run very quiet
and there's not a lot of benefit to blocks I may just pass on them.

I was quite a heavy smoker £100 plus a week  (soon mounts up)

has the 3 titans made a big difference to your gaming? like improved rates, higher settings over the previous xfire 7970's? obviously they are more capable gpu's than a 7970.

love your rig though scotty, makes mine look like a nintendo 64 (wish i still had my n64)

Nice, what's the difference between the two blocks? Looks like the LT may not have active vrm cooling...

From what I can gather, its just the look of the block.

All their blocks have vrm cooling, but there is no info for these specific blocks as yet

Going off the 7970 block I can't imagine that these don't have all the bases covered.
