Note 2 has less bezel top and bottom but the S4 in that pic looks to have 1 to 2 mm less bezel on the side.
I'd take these images with a pinch of salt. Remember that the S4 is meant to be squarer these pictures show the S4 to have rounded corners. I think Samsung are playing a sly game, only 3 days left until the official unveiling we should know by then.

Don't give up! All is not lost. Not until the 14th anyway.
If this turns out to be the S4 and that's a big if mind you looks like Samsung have again taken Apple's route in design policy.

Quite intrigued by this. Will be switching from the iPhone 4s and been looking at the S3 and waiting for the S4 for ages now.

Those leaked shots look pretty convincing to me. Pretty sure that they are legit.
Looks predictably Samsungish (ugly) although atleast they appear to have gotten rid of the glossy plastic finish which was by far the worst thing about the S3. They aren't exactly reinventing the wheel by the looks of things though, the design appears to have changed very little.
