I guess with all the extras I want to order I will probably go with MP for the time being, should the flavour be unbearable I may switch to TPW

As LiE says they're not a bad bunch of flavours at all, I think they've just revised them as well as the strawberries and cream I got this month tastes amazingly good.
 
I've found it varies batch to batch. I got one a few years ago and it was lovely, got one late year and it tasted like feet in comparison.

Yeah I agree, sometimes its easy to get down others it tastes horrific.
Shows how different each batch can be!
 
Mentioned to a mate today that he needs to come right down on a pull up and stop cheating. I was only joking, he toke it the wrong way and called me a ****! Fair one I suppose. Up to him.

Though I don't think he liked it when I said yesterday he needs more depth in squats and that he needs to come more than half way down on the bench.

He's just too determined to not let me beat him, so frustrating as frankly I don't really care.

Does anyone else get this with training partners? Just gave up now, his DL form today was shocking but I've just gave up will let him chase big numbers whilst banging on about some amazing workout he's found on bodybuilding.com.

Am I the only one who prefers to workout on their own? And a whole day for arms! :(

I'd love a training partner that knows how to lift, is better than me and is primarly intrested in getting strrrrrrrrrrong!

I reckon even working with steeds I'd be better Zefan, just ;)

Mate, I'd make you into an Olympia contender! And you'd even get the benefit of getting a reach around in the showers afterwards
 
Lone trainer here, I don't know any other way since there's nobody I feel I could rely on to be consistent.

I think I'd find it weird at this point, I like put my earphones in, stick on my favourite Dolly Parton album and just lift. Couldn't be doing with someone else there, unless it's someone I could learn from. Is delvis available??
 
While syla5 uses the same gym as me I only see him Monday and Friday, we rarely actually train with each other due to running different routines.....if I ever get a job your way Steeds I'll be your reach aroundeeee
