I'm cleaning bulking at the moment and adding a 500 surplus to my TDEE brings me out at 3324 calories each day. (Seems pretty low but hey ho).

Do I need to aim for this every day? From reading up, some people say you should, others say you should go for a 10% reduction on rest days, and a 20% increase on workout days?

How do I work out my macros? Start with the old 40 / 40 / 20 rule and go from there, or tailor something specific depending on whether it's a workout or rest day? eg more fats on rest days, more carbs on workout days?

I've been lifting probably around four months, and my bench is 67.5kg x 5. I'm finding it really hard to progress on bench, I manged 5 reps today, 4 reps on the second set and 3 on the last one despite resting for quite a while.

I did 5, 5, 4 for bench today. Should I deload?

Also I failed my deadlifts:( I did 145kg x 5 last Wednesday and failed on the third rep at 150kg today. Should I also deload on that by 10%?
 
You're doing stronglifts right?

It's pretty similar, I started on SS and I'm doing this version of GSLP at the moment.

So I only just got round to being able to watch this. What even is that guy. Seriously, he really actually scares me. Not in a "Oh he might hurt himself" way, but in a "He's going to do terrible things to people :(" way.
