Welcome back, bench ****
HOWEVER, never stop being a knob in the gym. Great gains.
Just got back from deployment. I haven't lifted for just over a week and have been feeling pretty run down and tired. Needless to say this did not dent my alpha-ness and jumped straight on to the bench usual weight.
Well, I dropped the bar on my face didn't I?! Yes, that hurt.
I found it completely hilarious and I wasn't one of the guys nearby stood half shocked half laughing at me, so they must have wet themselves when I left the gym!(
). Lesson learnt, neck wound in, knob-headedness extracted.
yea it's completely private in that sense mate![]()
Hell yeah, that's how we get away with calling people ****ing **** with **** hanging out of their **** with **** ****ing their **** in the ****.
Well, you need fully star out swearies first.![]()
He has.
He has.
You see this is what I mean when I tell someone to man up. You admit to doing something like a girl, I make some insult about your manhood manparts or your general ineffectuality as a man. And you go "good point", stop being a girl, and find you balls! I salute you wes because most on this forum seem to think that when I tell them to "man up" what I'm REALLY asking them for is some other excuse or reason for their innate, incurable, faggotry.
I also ditched the mirror and went by instincts and the way my body felt, that felt better also, as i was in tune with my body.

It seems certain dons want you to star out everything as in the ing part as well...Naturally it depends on who you cross on these boards![]()

Congrats DB also, awesome work.
Well they're wrong. -ing is an ending, it has no association with swearing at all.
