Haha..my wife has started again to goto gym this week. She just walked past when I was viewing that pic..

I just totally agreed :D
 
I've seen some of the other vids, you had a n excellent spot!
And yes, I was in a yellow tshirt, looking like a fat lemon apparently lol.

Should have come and said hello :p

And it's well worth bragging about Ben, he was awesome :D

"The maybe Morba might be there"

"It seems like a long way away... Also, I'm going to assume that because of me whoring my videos around OCUK I'll be recognisable"

In hindsight, I would have been more recognisable if I'd been wearing my ridiculous gym clothes.

It was my brother's first open-weight competition (he did and still does compete at under 105kg) and I was rather proud of his fifth place finish!

Events were: Loading medley, Log press medley (120kg, 140kg, 160kg, 180kg), 340kg deadlift for reps, hercules hold, 400kg yoke and atlas stones up to 175kg.


The only people who beat him have competed at World's Strongest Man and, considering they all have at least 15kg bodyweight on him, that's not too bad going.

I decided Morba was a man wearing a yellow top but icecold wasn't convinced. As such we cowered in a corner.

don't forget that 90% of your vids are from behind as well, so next time younneed to wear your gym gear and walk everywhere backwards, oh and throw in the occasional squat as well, that might help :D

I spotted a few beasts tbh! I felt worryingly small haha

Did anyone notice the old man wearing what looked like a karate gi from the 1980's?!
