Hi guys,

Both my CE4 V3 clearomizers have started leaking on me, I suspect hairline fractures in the plastic at the base on both... I'm not the most careful of people :(

I love the smoke of the CE4 V3 but instead of ordering more, is there something better I should try? Both my batteries are eGo-C twists (which I think is a 510 connection?? Or am I confusing myself) so it would need to be compatible.

Any suggestions? Price doesn't matter, just something awesome and preferably available at a site which will do next day delivery :)

Just to clarify, the twist has an ego fitting, which also takes 510 fitting atties. The only difference is that ego fit atties have a skirt that fits flush on the battery, and 510 doesn't. Simples. Mini vivi novas are god stuff and can be had cheaply from vapourhut, but I think they're version 1.

And they are clones too. They are probably just as good as the orginal Visions, but the link I posted has the V9's in.
 
I'm going to be buying my next batch of liquids in DIY format. I've asked before but have a few more question on how to do it.
I always buy Liberty flights XO PG 8mg (30ml bottles). I have used their calculator and come up with this.


Nicotine Base Strength [PG/VG] (mg): 54 (PG mix or VG for better vape producer??)
Desired Nicotine Strength (mg): 8mg
Dilution [Distilled Water / Vodka] (%): NONE
Flavouring (%): 12%
Required quantity (ml): 30ml
Drops per std 1ml (no. of drops): 20 (no idea what this is but its set as standard)


ml/Drops/%

PG (or VG for the vape??) with Nicotine:
4.5 90 15

PG zero Nicotine:
21.9 438 73

Water/Alcohol:
0 0 0

Flavouring:
3.6 72 12


The XO liquid I buy from LF has decent vape and a mild throat hit, so I think they use VG in there somewhere. Whats the water/alcohol mixer for, just for using VG mixer? I set it to zero since PG wont need it, am I correct?
Could I use those 438 drops of mixer with half VG and half PG?

Any help on this will be appreciated as I don't want to muck this up.

Forget drops. Make it using a pipette or a blunt needle syringe. The drop bit you can change is how many drops = 1ml of liquid. The water / vodka bit is for cutting VG down. I normally use eJuice Recipe Calculator I like 30% VG so put that in the water bit.

Buying base in VG or PG depends on what you want for the final % of each to be. As you use low strength juice it likely doesn't matter as much. But for me the base is 50%ish of the final product so I couldn't make it 30% VG like I mix if it was VG based.

I know people say PG is for TH and VG vapour but I think you'll find nicotine level is what really effects TH the most. I've never tried the XO range and can't find the VG/PG ratio.
 
Finally joined the club, my vape thing came through along with the El Toro juices.

Initial thoughts are the cigerellos are a bit too strong for me, a bit too much throat hit, even though I got the weakest one.
Whereas Eden is nice, a little sweet...

So I made a mix maybe 90% Eden, 10% Cigerellos and its perfect for me.

So other GVN are there any other juices you guys would recommend? Unfortunately the GVN site is down :(

If you like the sweeter fruity flavours, then there are plenty of good ones out there. In general, the decadent vapours liquids are good, and when it comes to fruit flavours I like the totally wicked red label stuff (I mix my own using the gold standard concentrates, but these are used in their red label liquids).
 
My Innokin iClear 30 arrived yesterday so its been connected to my iTaste vv which is working great.

Sure is a beast of a clearomizer!

Also my El Toro Virginia Prime came yesterday. My first thoughts was it tasted a bit funny, but I thought I would give it benefit of the doubt and after reading about what people say about it (on uk vapers forum) getting better over time and 'steeping the juice' even though its pre-steeped it does seem to improve over time.

Today the juice does taste much better so it does make a difference if you leave it out to air a bit, which I did with the lid slightly off. After a few days it's meant to taste even better. Has anybody else noticed this with El Toro juices?

Once I get home from work the CE8 I ordered should have arrived looking forward to trying this out will let you guys know how I go on for those who may be interested.

Could someone suggest me a VV battery something like the eGo Twist VV maybe, nothing too expensive for my first VV device.

And also a seller which stocks this and has in stock UK based.

I don't ask for much huh!

Try and get a itaste vv (version 3) that should suit your needs.
