Back on the horse so to speak I've been taking things at a steady pace for a couple of months but I couldn't resist a PB week before I drop the weight down a bit
110 / 150 / 160 - 105KG
+ OHP 85
My body weight is up a tad from a low of 95KG last year and I've turned into a bit of a fatty around the middle (sadface) but that's because of almost Zero training since last March/April time
I Might have to sort out a proper diet this time round but for now as long as the weight's are going up and the cakes are tasty I can live with it!
