cheers guys, i went for a 110 but no movement at all haha, i think 107.5kg is within reach.
Dont worry deception, 2 weeks holiday starting on monday, i am pretty sure that my negative gains are going to be huge, although i am hoping for the fabled break from training gains.
Grrrr at my deadlift still, might give something a go on friday and see.

5'9@78kg - 3 extra kg since i started - 4 months ago!
Not impossible if everything's on point, just don't rush to chase numbers at the expense of form as ultimately longterm it'll set you back when you have to relearn form and work on weak areas (core etc) that were neglected for the sake of a sooner PB.
syla5 - your squats are quite powerful compared to your deads..
Pretty sure my form is ok. Just feels better when doing heavy sets, sometimes i get some knee wobble on the last rep but ive not seen it happen when using them. Going to try for 160 tonight depending on how i feel.
