^^ I've cleared about 2.5lbs with one poo before. It was the exception rather than the rule, but still quite proud of it

Maybe you can lose another 2 pounds in water.

No idea how you can account for the others. Scale placement maybe

lol bet you could see your abs better after losing that.
I've tried drinking four glasses of water then standing on the scales and it's about a pound extra. Wearing shoes is 2lb extra but if I go for a **** it makes no difference.

Scales are fine because my friend uses them and they are accurate for him. I heard losing or gaining 4 pound in a week is crazy, I do that in a day.

So hard for me to keep the weight on. I don't know how unheard of it is but seems abnormal to me.
