I've upgraded core components 3 times since Win7 came out and have had no problems. Some folk still run on the old train or thought that a fresh install is a must. It is not.

Have a gander at the two links I posted. I'm happy with the results, and I like the lack of display really. I sync it with my iPhone so I can get stats in a few seconds anyway.

Nice, they are a decent glass for beer, but be careful when pouring, I ended up with like 80% head when I poured a bottle of Duvel in it.

Couldn't resist. £272.75 per person for return flights to New York JFK.

Might even treat myself to a couple of nights in Paris on the way to Brussels with the money saved.

Smart Shaker

Saw them before and thought why not give it a try. 600ml top container with 2 lower sections that screw on to hold powder plus tablets.
