Awww diddums lol...i can barely understand a thing he is saying but then im honest enough to say i have a hard time understanding the scouse accent especially when its so thick.

He's not an unknown player, he's being liked with a few other big teams in Europe and he's FREE, straight forward replacement to Gervinho, he wont mind sitting on the bench and he can play on the wing and behind the striker. Not a bad player, can't see him being more than a bench guy though but he's not a bad player to have around.
 
I'm still trying to figure out why we aren't in for Luiz Gustavo, him next to Carrick sounds like it would be great.

At the moment only Wolfsburg want him and he doesn't want to go there because he'd prefer a bigger club, CL, etc.

There has been apparent enquiries from Spain, England & Russia, but by those accounts it's also only been Arsenal/Chelsea interested.

Hmmm well if what you say is true then i suppose no harm done if we can get him on a free but im hoping these freebies wont be on a long contract with big wages :/

I'm pretty sure, given Chelsea's midfield, that we'd be the clear frontrunner and could offer what is at the very least a decent salary etc, so we should be looking at that.

No doubt we'll bid £6m for Khedira or something next instead. :mad:

Or, indeed, £25m on Fellaini.

There was a rumour a few weeks back which i mentioned that we couldbe looking at Gustavo but since then nothing. So i just put it down to being just that, a rumour at best.

Decent player and wouldnt mind him at Arsenal...depending on what the price is and if Bayern want to let him go.
