Cheers guys, it was around 2 weeks (full time) work altogether, done by a combination of polish people and mathematicians. Yes thats a vegetable patch, or well a fruit and veg patch, the vegetables are going to be in raised beds and the fruit trees are attached the trellis.

Had our first BBQ out there yesterday

Yes turn it into the sun its an Italian pizza oven, turn it around away from the sun and its uncannily cool.
Purchased it last year and never got to use it.

I used to have a large ride on mower, but the property sits on a layer of pure clay and even when the ground is moist the mowers wheels would force clay mud through the grass, so i got a petrol self propelled and it takes me about an hour with strimming.

Have you been given x amount of months to live? Or are you made of sugar and will dissolve in the rain?

The nice weekends are for enjoying the garden, buy some Wellington boots and a decent jacket and get out there rain or shine

No but in all serious I commute all year round on a motorbike so like to try and avoid the crappy weather if at all possible

I did however start on my garden the last 2 weekends with the girlfriend
