Shouldn't it state 3900Mhz x4?

It is nothing to worry about Heaven 4 often gets CPU details wrong.

3.9ghz is only on one core when turbo is enabled. Ive often quoted the wrong speed as well due to this.

CPU is 3570k at 4.5ghz and clocks are GTX 780 lightning stock (once I figure out how to OC it ill do it lol)

Ooo didn't realise that put me as the fastest single 780

). I will admit that was a suicide run in the sense that I can't get my card above the 1.2v mod limit atm and that wasn't the most stable. I've flashed skyn3t's (from overclock.net) bios but once I breach that volt limit, I think I might be able to eek out more from the core.

I just did a run of this and only got 4xx.
With a 4770K @ 4.2GHz and a 7950 @ stock, I'd expect higher (I was getting nearly double this with a FX8350 and 7950).
Any idea where to look for my problem?

Were you using the integrated graphics instead of the HD 7950.

Off topic but this lightning seems to be stuck in 3d clocks and voltage, can't figure it out.

Fixed it.

Nope, disabled it in the BIOS and it's not mentioned on the Heaven results screen.
