that was my thinking but part of me wants tp put them on back day so i'm not doing so many hard exercises on leg day!
but then I don't want to be doing a quad dominant exercise on back day, since I'm already dong fronts squats on chest day!![]()

Just got a quick question. When I'm warming up for compounds like bench/deadlift/OHP should I try to be as fast and explosive as possible with the light weight?
