but then I don't want to be doing a quad dominant exercise on back day, since I'm already dong fronts squats on chest day! :D

Put them on back day - there's nothing wrong with that. :)

Provided that your shoulders aren't as snapped as mine, possibly :p
well they aren't 100% healthy by any means, but they aren't currently causing issues when benching... but then my bench is pretty conservative... AKA weak as ****. :(

Either, or where ever you can fit it in without it fatiguing (or being fatigued by) other movements.

Will put them on back day and see how I get on.

You're missing one crucial bit to increase your bench...

For benching a stable base is crucial, and what better stable base then a strong back.

Rows are awesome here, db rows, bent over rows, pull ups are all great.
Don't neglect your triceps either, CGBP is a really good exercise.

Chest gains are the hardest to have and you just need to be hitting it with crazy volume if you want to add mass.

It's what we call a Syla5ism. Grr post didn't post, try again.

Yeah, I'm always as explosive as possible on the concentric, on the eccentric I simply control the weight down (although never do 3s - 5s negatives).
