In the interest of other players, he needs to Psychologically assessed. Would have been nice to have seen that as a condition of his punishment.

Hopefully it was intentional, because if not then it's a really really poor choice of words given he was kicked out for biting someone like an animal
I was listening to Graham (Taylor) ? The PFA fella this morning on Talksport, apprently he had all the support he could want from them and Liverpool last season.
Without condoning what Saurez did I also think that this is a convenient distraction for the English press and saves them from prolongued "hand wringing" over England's diabolical showing. Biting is obviously not the sort of thing you want on a football pitch and its a terrible example to children who will be influenced by the player but in the context of the game, its foul play and arguably no different to two footed tackles that have seen Valencia and Defour dismissed in the last two days.

The Uruguayan Authorities outrage is getting comical now. They don't seem to understand how someone who received a ban for biting 18 months ago can get another ban for doing it again in the world cup!

I'm actually disgusted by their support for him. It's blatantly obvious what he did, yet they continue to support him and say his ban wasn't fair, which is basically like them saying it's fine to bite people on the pitch. I just don't understand how they can support him in the face of such overwhelming evidence, irrespective of the fact he's done it twice before!
