Could you not just cut up a swimming noodle?![]()
That looks pretty severe!
Does anyone else here do other sports apart from cycling? I go bouldering 3 times a week and sometimes I struggle to have enough energy (and time) to fit cycling in too.
it's impossible to give 100% on both things for me.. so cycling gets a lot and the rest goes to gym. That sure is one extremely sexy saddle.
haha good idea. but i think the diametre might be wrong

Yep, run as well and recently took up swimming on top. Usually tired! Getting a good nights sleep becomes increasingly important, as does ensuring you eat enough (and enough good stuff). Take last night for example- my cat kept coming in and waking me up, today I've been wiped out.Does anyone else here do other sports apart from cycling? hi guys,
do you know where i might be able to buy something like this. I want to put it on my top frame for cushioning when carry by bike to my apartment. rather than steel digging into my shoulder.

I do body-building/powerlifting.. mix of both I'd sayit's impossible to give 100% on both things for me.. so cycling gets a lot and the rest goes to gym.
basically I get no rest, 7 days a week I'm in the saddle.. then 3 days a week I'm at the gym.. after commuting, cycling etc.
it does look good! I do hope I get used to it tho haha.

Was a really hard route with lots of short sharp climbs mixed in with the longer ones. Weather was terrible as well, torrential rain the whole time and a nasty easterly to contend with as well. Was pleased to get round with no mishaps as there was a fair few riders came off from what i've heard since i got back.
Best thing was i got to meet the legend himself before i set out - really top bloke.![]()
Aye, you'll get used to it I'm sure. It's always funny that harder saddles tend to be more comfy for long distances.
What's the deal with the rails- just standard, circular twin rails? Suitable for use with alloy seatposts or do you need special grease/ a carbon seatpost?

well done - I was offered a last minute place but declined when I saw the weather forecast! Top effort in that weather today!
